Complete redesign of the merchant invoice payment experience, modernizing the flow from "Pay with BitPay" button tap through successful payment completion with updated technology and refreshed UI.
I redesigned the complete merchant invoice payment flow, taking users from the initial "Pay with BitPay" tap through successful payment completion. The redesign modernized both the underlying technology and user interface, providing a cleaner, more intuitive experience while maintaining the familiar payment patterns merchants and customers expect from BitPay's established platform.
As Lead Product Designer, I evaluated the existing invoice flow to identify opportunities for improvement during the technology migration. I focused on refining the user interface while preserving the core interaction patterns that users were familiar with. My design approach balanced modernization with continuity, ensuring the updated flow felt fresh and current while maintaining the reliability and trust that merchants depend on for their payment processing.
